Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian and television host most well-known as presenter for The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in a difficult family. She grew up looking after her older sister Frankie. Frankie was a patient of polio. Growing up, she had difficulties with her mother. Sheryl claims that in an incident, she was stabbed by her father because he was getting too close to her. Sheryl enlisted in the military following her graduation from college. But her passion was comedy. She became the very first female winner of the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. She began her TV career as frequently performing on The HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She hosted the show in 2000. Oh Drama! Oh Drama! In 2011, she's co-hosting the Talk Show. She has also appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series such as Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
